Controlled enrollment

Pilot program

The pilot path is for organizations that need a disciplined on-ramp: clear intake, staged disclosure, and alignment to serious governance and assurance expectations. It is not a generic product trial and not a substitute for your own diligence and risk acceptance.

How the pilot path is usually sequenced
  1. Orientation through public materials and initial screening context.
  2. Alignment on scope, protections, and enrollment expectations before substantive depth.
  3. Commitments and technical depth through controlled channels, not through public pages.

Initial contact should remain high-level until mutual screening and appropriate protections are understood. Ascensura stages depth to match evaluation scope; public pages do not carry implementation-sensitive detail.

If you are ready to formalize next steps, use Evaluation for structured intake. For orientation questions that do not yet warrant a formal request, use Contact.

Supporting public materials are indexed from Resources and the Library; the Procurement & evaluator pack offers a single forwardable page for cross-functional readers. They stay procurement-safe and non-reconstructive by design.
